Colorless, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of williams pear and acacia with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of williams pear.
Produced by double distillation in bain-marie alembic still, aged 1 year in steel tanks.
