Limpid, colorless and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of grape, acacia, broom, wisteria, pear, apple, peach and honey with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of grape, pear, peach and honey.

Distilled in steam operated batch alembic still.
