Viognier Brut shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of
pineapple, pear and apricot followed by aromas of citrus fruits, almond,
broom and apple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, pear
and apricot. Viognier Brut is made with the Charmat method. |

Un metodo Charmat semplice anche se gradevole. Fresco e giustamente frizzante, non ho comunque trovato particolari pregi degni di nota, nonostante la nobile Viognier con il quale è prodotto.
