Aglianico del Vulture Il Repertorio shows an intense ruby red color and
nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of black cherry, plum and
violet followed by aromas of blackberry, blueberry, carob, raspberry,
vanilla and tobacco. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a
tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and
blackberry. Aglianico del Vulture Il Repertorio ages for 12 months in cask
followed by 4 months of aging in bottle. |

Fra le migliori espressioni di Aglianico del Vulture, un buon compromesso fra la potenza e l'eleganza, piacevolissimo da degustare. Naso convincente di piccoli frutti di bosco dove spicca la mora su tutti. Quadro terziario già ben sviluppato ma non irruente, nei suoi piacevoli effluvi di legno vanigliato e cioccolato.
Buon corpo in bocca con perfetto equilibrio fra tannini e alcol. Ottima la persistenza.
