Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry shows a brilliant greenish yellow color
and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that
start with hints of pear, wistaria and peach followed by aromas of apple,
plum, tangerine and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, an effervescent attack and a pleasing sweetness, however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of pear, peach and apple. Asolo Prosecco Superiore
Extra Dry is produced with the Charmat method. |
