Colli di Scandiano e Canossa Ca' Besina Metodo Classico shows an intense
straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and
persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas
that start with hints of apple, hawthorn and plum followed by aromas of
citrus fruits, mango, bread crust and hazelnut. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. |
