The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, peach and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and plum. Alterium Bianco ages in steel tanks.
