Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, blueberry and plum followed by aromas of violet, raspberry, blackberry, carob, rosemary, graphite and hints of vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and plum. Few months in cement tanks and cask.

Brilliant onion skin pink and nuances of onion skin pink, transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, raspberry and strawberry followed by aromas of dog rose, cyclamen, apple, pink grapefruit, plum, juniper and mineral. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Aged in steel tanks.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, mango, pineapple, citron, pear, grapefruit, caper, thyme, almond, mineral and hints of vanilla. Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Very persistent finish with long flavors of apple, plum and almond. Part of the wine is fermented in cask. 6 months in cask and cement tanks, 12 months in bottle.
