Sardinia This distillate is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of fennel, apple, hazelnut, elder and medlar, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has good roundness and intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweet hint, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of fennel, apple and elder. This distillate is produced with a bainmarie alembic still.
