Umbria The grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, hazelnut and licorice with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors with evident alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, good smoothness, balanced sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and licorice. This grappa is produced with discontinuous steam operated alembic still.
