Lombardy Grappa di Curtefranca is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of apple, plum, hawthorn, hazelnut, pear and licorice, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and hazelnut. This grappa is produced with a steam operated alembic still.
