This distillate shows an intense amber yellow color, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas of apple, vanilla, caramel, tobacco, licorice, dried fig, honey and hazelnut, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth is elegant with intense flavors, perceptible alcohol pungency which dissolves rapidly, excellent correspondence to the nose, pleasing smoothness and balanced sweet hint, very agreeable. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of apple, dried fig, licorice and honey. A very well made distillate. This fruit brandy is produced with double distillation in bainmarie alembic stills and ages for 2 years in barrique.
