Piedmont This grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of cherry, plum, violet, raspberry, hazelnut and honey, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. This grappa is made with a discontinuous steam operated alembic still.

Piedmont This grappa is colorless, transparent and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of cherry, raspberry, plum, violet, hazelnut and licorice with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness, agreeable. The finis is persistent with flavors of cherry and raspberry. This grappa is produced with a steam operated discontinuous alembic still.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of cherry, raspberry. plum, violet, hazelnut, licorice and almond with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to rapidly dissolve, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.

Distilled with a steam operated batch alembic still.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of prune, black cherry macerated in alcohol, hazelnut and honey.

Produced with a steam operated discontinuous alembic still. Aged for more than one year in cask.

In the mouth has intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, very good correspondence to the hose, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry, honey and date. This grappa is distilled with a steam operated alembic still and ages for more than 18 months in cask.
