Umbria This grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, hazelnut and plum, with perceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. This grappa is distilled in a batch bain-marie alembic still.

Umbria
Colorless, limpid and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of plum, violet, hazelnut, blackberry, black cherry and raspberry, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and black cherry.

Distilled in bain-marie batch distiller.
