The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of peach, pear and broom followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, apple and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of peach, pear and plum. This wine ages in steel tanks for 3 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pasta and risotto with vegetables and fish, Fried fish, Sauteed white meat
