The wine shows a firm ruby red color, moderate transparency. The nose
reveals a pleasing and clean olfactory profile, mainly of fruit, with
intense and good aromas of black cherry, plum jam, raspberry,
blueberry, vanilla and violet and hints of menthol. In the mouth
denotes an excellent balance and a good correspondence to the nose,
with intense and good flavors, agreeable tannins well balanced by
alcohol. The finish is persistent with good flavors of black cherry
and plum. This wine is produced by macerating skins and a fermentation
of 14 days following by an aging in casks for 18-24 months and for 6
months in bottle.
