Friuli Isonzo (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, pear, lemon, pineapple, plum and hints of peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, pineapple and apple. This Pinot Blanc ages for 7 months in steel tanks followed by 2 months of aging in bottle.
