The wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints
of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of yeast, banana, acacia,
pineapple and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and
pear. This wine ages for 6 months in steel tanks and referments in bottle
on its lees. |
