This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage.
The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints
of pear and pineapple followed by aromas of acacia, hawthorn, apple, banana
and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and banana.
This Prosecco ferments for 2 months in steel tanks.
