This Sauvignon shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear and peach followed by aromas of pineapple, acacia, apple and elder. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, peach and pear. This Sauvignon ages in steel tanks.
