Franciacorta (Lombardy) This sparkling wine shows a very fine perlage, persistent bubbles in good quantity and good foam. The color is salmon pink and nuances of soft pink, crystalline. The nose reveals very delicate, refined and elegant aromas such as banana, butter, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, yeast, bread crust and grapefruit. In the mouth is balanced , with pleasing and intense flavors and good correspondence to the nose. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. This Franciacorta is produced with a base wine aged both in steel tanks and barriques and stays on lees for a minimum of 36 months before being disgorged.

Alcohol: 12.5%
