The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear and plum followed by aromas of pineapple, apple, hawthorn, broom and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and pineapple. This Vermentino ages for 6 months in steel tanks followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
