Due Uve 2005
(Veneto)
Pinot Grigio (50%), Sauvignon Blanc (50%)
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas that start with hints of peach, litchi and pear followed by aromas
of elder, apple and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense
flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, apple and pear.
Due Uve ages in steel tanks.
