This sparkling wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of bread crust, yeast and pear followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, almond, plum, grapefruit and apple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. This sparkling wine is produced with the classic method.
