This Franciacorta shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of banana, acacia and yeast followed by aromas of pineapple, bread crust,
apple and pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
banana, pineapple and pear. This Franciacorta Brut ages in bottle on its
lees for at least 36 months.
