Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Muffa Nobile shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber
yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas that start with hints of dried apricot, date and raisin followed by
aromas of peach jam, quince jam, candied fruits, dried fig, almond, honey,
vanilla and musk. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet
and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of raisin, dried
apricot and honey.Muffa Nobile is produced with grapes completely affected
by Botrytis Cinerea.
