This Frascati Superiore shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow color, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean
and pleasing aromas which start with hints of citrus fruits, apple and plum
followed by aromas of pineapple, hawthorn and almond. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable roundness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and citrus fruits. This wine ages in steel
tanks. |
