(Campania) Vado Ceraso shows a brilliant salmon pink color and nuances of salmon pink, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry and violet followed by aromas of cyclamen, raspberry, strawberry, plum and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Vado Ceraso ages in steel tanks.
