(Latium) Terre dei Grifi shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, medlar and hawthorn followed by aromas of citrus fruits, almond, broom, peach, plum and praline. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Terre dei Grifi ages for 2 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Pasta and risotto with fish and mushrooms, Broiled crustaceans, Sauteed white meat
