Nettare di Circe shows an intense amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of dried fig, raisin and honey followed by aromas of date, citrus fruit peel and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of dried fig, raisin and honey. Nettare di Circe ages for 12 months in small oak barrels followed by at least 4 months of aging in bottle.
