Difetto Perfetto shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of vanilla, pineapple, peach and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pineapple. Difetto Perfetto ferments and ages in barrique.
