Falanghina del Molise Nysias shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear, hazelnut
and hawthorn followed by aromas of apple, broom, pineapple and plum. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent
with flavors of pear, apple and hazelnut. Falanghina del Molise Nysias ages
for 6 months in steel tanks. |
