Torre di Giano Bianco Vigna Il Pino shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of broom, plum, hazelnut, almond and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear. A part of Torre di Giano Bianco Vigna Il Pino ferments and ages in barrique for 6 months.
