(Veneto) Royam shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas that start with hints of raisin, apricot and candied fruits followed by aromas of quince jams, peach jam, honey, lavender, date, dried fig, citrus fruits peel, litchi and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apricot, candied fruits and litchi.
