This Franciacorta Brut shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances
of greenish yellow, fine and persistent perlage, very transparent. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of banana, acacia and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast, apple,
pear, pineapple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
banana, apple and pear. This Franciacorta Brut referments in bottle on its
lees for at least 30 months. |
