Franciacorta Demi Sec shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints
of banana, pear and acacia followed by aromas of toasted bread, litchi,
apple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a pleasing
sweet and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors
of banana, pear and apple. Franciacorta Demi Sec referments in bottle on
its lees for at least 24 months. |
