Stella Flora shows a deep golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow,
transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
that start with hints of apple, hawthorn and almond followed by aromas of
quince jam, citrus fruits peel, plum, vanilla, pear jam and broom. The
mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent
with flavors of apple, plum and almond. Stella Flora ages for 18 months in
barrique followed by 12 months of aging in bottle. |
