Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Sant'Isidoro shows an intense cherry pink color and nuances of cherry pink,
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of cherry, plum and cyclamen followed by aromas of
raspberry, pomegranate, blueberry and geranium. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Sant'Isidoro ages in barrique and in
cask. |
