This Franciacorta Brut shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of
straw yellow, very transparent, fine and perlage perlage. The nose reveals
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of
banana, bread crust and apple followed by aromas of hawthorn, acacia,
yeast, tangerine and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
banana, plum and hazelnut. This Franciacorta Brut referments in bottle on
its lees for at least 24 months. |
