Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This Franciacorta Rosé shows a brilliant onion skin pink followed by aromas
of pale pink, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of cherry, raspberry and bread crust followed by aromas of strawberry,
hawthorn, yeast, tangerine, banana and cyclamen. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and strawberry. This
Franciacorta Rosé referments in bottle on its lees for at least 24 months. |
