Dolcetto d'Asti (Piedmont) This wine shows a light ruby red color and nuances of purplish red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals very pleasing, clean and intense fruit aromas. The wine starts with aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry and rose followed by pleasing aromas of violet, black cherry and blueberry. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly and pleasing crisp attack well balanced by alcohol, agreeable tannins, good body and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of black cherry, blueberry and cherry.

Alcohol: 12%

Sauteed meat with mushrooms, Pasta with mushrooms, Soft cheese
