(Tuscany) This Vermentino Nero shows a pale ruby red color and nuances of purple red, moderate transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of cherry, raspberry and strawberry followed by aromas of blueberry, cyclamen and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. This Vermentino Nero ferments in barrique.

Alcohol: 13%

Mushroom appetizers, Cold cuts, Pasta with meat, Sauteed meat
