This Franciacorta Pas Dosé shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, bread crust and yeast followed by aromas of acacia, hazelnut, grapefruit, apple, praline, butter and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, plum and hazelnut. Part of the base wine ages in barrique. This Franciacorta Pas Dosé referments in bottle for at least 30 months.
