This Franciacorta Satèn Brut shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, apple and yeast followed by aromas of bread crust, acacia, honey, hazelnut, pear, grapefruit, praline and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, hazelnut and apple. The base wine ferments in barrique. This Franciacorta Satèn Brut referments in bottle for at least 36 months.
