Freisa d'Asti Vivace Luna di Maggio shows an intense ruby red color and
nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean
and pleasing aromas which start with hints of cherry, strawberry and
raspberry followed by aromas of blackberry, plum and rose. The mouth has
good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic and pleasingly
effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense
flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of
cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Freisa d'Asti Vivace Luna di Maggio ages
in steel tanks. |
