Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
Torre di Giano Bianco Vigna Il Pino shows a brilliant straw yellow color
and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense,
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, plum
and pineapple followed by aromas of hawthorn, pear, broom, almond, citrus
fruits and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors,
pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum
and almond. Part of Torre di Giano Bianco Vigna Il Pino ages for 3 months
in barrique, then completing its aging for 6 months in steel tanks and for
6 more in bottle. |
