(Marches) Dorato shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of grape, pear and peach followed by aromas of apple, dried apricot, lychee, citrus fruit peel and sage. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, peach and lychee. Dorato ages for 6 months in cask.

Carlo
