(Trentino) Masetto Bianco shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of pear, banana and peach followed by aromas of apple, lychee, hawthorn, grapefruit, plum and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, banana and peach. Masetto Bianco ages for few months in cask.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Mirabile esempio di come l'unione di più uve possa regalare un vino di rara eleganza. Non solo, ma anche un vino che al naso consente il riconoscimento dei varietali in esso presenti. La freschezza tipica del Sauvignon e del nobile Riesling si intrecciano con le rotondità dello Chardonnay e Pinot Bianco. Il risultato non lascia dubbi: un naso impeccabile con garbate note speziate donate dal legno.
Le stesse sensazioni di contrapposizione fra la freschezza e la morbidezza la ritroviamo anche in bocca, molto piacevole e ben espresso. È buono anche il finale e, come ha detto Paolo Endrici, un vino che regalerà soddisfazioni negli anni a venire.
