(Trentino) Masetto Dulcis shows a deep golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of grape, honey and citrus fruits peel followed by aromas of dried apricot, oregano, quince jam, lavender, almond, dried fig, almond and nail polish. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, honey and dried apricot. Masetto Dulcis is produced with dried grapes and ferments in cask.

Che vino! C'è molta sostanza in questo fantastico vino passito di Endrizzi che mi ha stupito per l'impeccabile eleganza e classe. Se si pensa poi che l'alcol di questo vino non arriva a 11° e il naso e la bocca sono pervasi da un frutto consistente e ben espresso, da un'acidità del tutto equilibrata con la dolcezza e la morbidezza, difficile pensare a un capolavoro più grande di questo.
Un vino che mi ha sorpreso e convinto in tutto e per tutto, dal colore (ci vedi i riflessi dell'ambra dorata) e il naso che non smetteresti mai di gettare dentro il calice, tanta è l'intensità e la ricchezza. Il gusto infine è piacevolissimo con un finale che sembra non finire mai. Un grande vino dolce da bere e ribere anche da solo senza alcun abbinamento, anche se va detto che l'abbinamento proposto nell'evento era fantasticamente perfetto per questo vino.
