Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Decugnano Brut Metodo Classico shows a brilliant straw yellow color and
nuances of straw yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with
hints of banana, plum and apple followed by aromas of yeast, bread crust,
plum and hazelnut. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an
effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors
of apple, banana e hazelnut. Decugnano Brut Metodo Classico referments in
bottle on its lees for at least 48 months. |
